This service is obtained by logging into the Alcatel-Lucent Online Customer Support Web Site at www.alcatel-lucent.com/support. For a contract which includes Email Technical Support, please contact the Contract Administration Group at (866)892-9537 between the hours of 8AM and 7PM Eastern Time.
